Melanie Grant Jones is senior counsel to Dominion Wealth Law, PLLC.  She holds membership in the DC Bar and California Bar.

Since receiving her law degree in 1991 from Columbia University Law School, Mrs. Jones has practiced in a variety of litigation contexts with such premiere California powerhouse firms as Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison and Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold.  There, she successfully litigated class actions and employment cases involving wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, and discrimination claims.

More recently, Mrs. Jones provided daily advice and counsel to human resource professionals and corporate clients on a wide range of employment issues.  Her previous legal experience includes successful adjudication of administrative law claims on behalf of the United States Postal Service before the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. 

She worked for an entertainment boutique for a brief period in the late 1990's, where she served as senior counsel on employment and entertainment law matters for a high-profile clientele.
